About the Opportunity

We are seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team at the Primary Health Clinic, providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care, including pharmacotherapy, blood borne and sexually transmitted disease management, and addressing social and legal issues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology
  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Membership of professional nursing bodies/organisations
  • Postgraduate qualification in related field (mental health and/or drug and alcohol studies)
  • Current Victorian Driver's License
