Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hose Assembly Supervisor to lead our workshop team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supervising trades and managing workshop labour and materials.

  • Supervise planned works, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
  • Coordinate with the team to optimize job activities and reduce costs.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided for scoping and estimating job/project costs and timeframes.
  • Review completed works to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, variations, and additional costs.
  • Manage employee time sheets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Attend meetings to resolve or report issues related to the work.

Requirements

  • A qualification in Engineering or a trade discipline, with at least 5 years' experience in the steel industry.
  • Solid supervisory and leadership skills, with a strong understanding of service facility inspection & repair processes.
  • Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
  • A commitment to Safety & Wellbeing practices, ensuring the safety of yourself and your teammates.
