We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as a Senior Educator. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the educational programs for young children, ensuring they receive high-quality care and education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, observing, informing, and continuously improving our educational programs.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure continuity and quality of educational programs.
  • Observing and documenting children's learning and development, using this information to inform program planning and delivery.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality educational practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on children's progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
