The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Team, providing strategic financial guidance and advisory support. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and increasing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Finance function, partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to provide strategic direction and oversight
  • Ensure financial and accounting principles and procedures align with legal and corporate requirements
  • Develop and deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive performance through review and implementation of pricing strategies
  • Build, retain, and develop a high-performing Finance team
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA or MBA qualification
  • 10+ years' experience in finance leadership, preferably in manufacturing
  • ERP and SAP knowledge advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
