About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at AusNet Services. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and employees to achieve our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
