Our goal is to provide exceptional patient care and support for our healthcare team.

As a skilled Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient experiences from arrival to departure.

You will be responsible for greeting patients, supporting doctors and nurses, answering calls, triaging and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.

To succeed in this position, you should have previous medical administration or reception experience, as well as exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity.

Additionally, knowledge of medical terminology, current vaccination and immunisation status, intermediate computer knowledge, and ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide a positive first impression
  • Support doctors and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Answer calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries
