Conveyancing Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

• Client Communication: Handle phone and email inquiries from clients, responding promptly and professionally.
• Quote Preparation: Prepare and issue quotes for new clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conveyancing Process Explanation: Clearly explain the conveyancing process to potential clients, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with lawyers and conveyancers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Lead Nurturing: Nurture leads and build relationships with clients through regular call-backs and follow-ups.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including notes and records.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as mail collection and other duties as required.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in an office-based role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a Cert III in Business Administration, are desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail.
