Key Responsibilities
The Salmon Harvest Specialist will work under the supervision of the Harvest Manager to ensure the efficient and stress-free harvesting of salmon at our Hideaway Bay facility.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring fish to minimize stress and ensure the highest quality product.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to strict hygiene and biosecurity practices.
- Receiving training to assist in the general maintenance of harvest equipment and infrastructure.
About You
We are seeking an individual with knowledge and experience in the aquaculture industry who is able to work effectively in a night-time environment.
Required Skills Include:
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- A valid and current driver's license.
