About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to lead our Preschool room at our OAC Cremorne campus. As a passionate educator, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Lead a team of educators to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements Of The RoleEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing educational programs for preschool-age children
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check number
