Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solar Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our solar plant projects.

The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of all operational aspects, with a key focus on safety, and leading a team of technicians and contractors.

You will be part of a dynamic team that works towards a common goal of delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote and lead a strong WHSEQ culture on site
  • Ensure full compliance with site-specific and company-wide WHSEQ requirements
  • Supervise and monitor WHSEQ performance of internal teams and subcontractors
  • Perform other duties as required to support safe and effective delivery of the O&M scope
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in Operations and Maintenance experience of utility scale Solar or renewable projects
  • Experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in power electronics
  • High-level electrical qualification (Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics preferred)
