We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and store standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead by example, cultivate a positive work environment, and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and creativity.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Drive daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Uphold a safe and inclusive working environment, adhering to all workplace health & safety guidelines.
