We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for animals and a strong desire to learn about pet care and products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Selling pet food, toys, and accessories, and promoting products to customers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and create a positive store environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store, including stockroom and display areas
  • Hosting puppy school classes on weekends and contributing to the overall success of the store

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for animals and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a similar retail environment or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Fitness level suitable for lifting products up to 20kgs
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
