Job Opportunity

We seek a Product Marketing Manager to drive market share and promote comprehensive HV Switchgear products to utilities, EPCs, and end customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to assess and pre-qualify switchgear products, introducing new technologies to targeted sectors and consultants.
  • Conduct early technical discussions with consultants and end customers to advocate for technical solutions and influence project specifications.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in proposal preparation, presentations, and customer-specific documentation.
  • Work closely with Business Unit and Front-End Sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Represent at industry seminars, conferences, and technical committees, showcasing innovative solutions and market leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategies to diversify market share through effective utilization of HV Switchgear portfolio.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business or product marketing, particularly in the energy or electrical sector.
  • Strong technical background in high voltage switchgear or related technologies.
  • Collaborative skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
