Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled digital content producer to join our team at Charterhouse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the review, updating and uploading of digital content into the CMS for this NSW Government Agency.
About the Role- Assist staff in the use of the Drupal CMS and publishing of content in the new websites
- Prepare digital content for different audiences and purposes for this NSW State Government Agency
- Prepare training guides and provide coaching and feedback to team members on the creation and publishing of digital content
- Work as part of the project team, contributing any feedback about content issues including from staff content publishers
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent experience in NSW State Government
- Experience with CMS, preferably Drupal
- Experience producing digital content for different audiences, within existing brand and styles guidelines
- Demonstrated web content writing practices
- Experience training people in the use of CMSs
- Strong understanding of digital content production principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
