The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of customer service and sales experience
  • Assist with various warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries
  • Provide expert advice to trade customers and builders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge and expertise

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative skills and technological savvy
  • Interior Design, Architecture or related qualifications are highly desirable
