### Store Manager Job Description

## Overview

As a Store Manager at Munro Footwear Group, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence in our Williams Southland store. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales, and team performance, you will play a crucial role in taking your store to the next level.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience through excellent service, product knowledge, and store presentation.
* Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards and stock management to ensure an engaging and easy-to-shop environment.
* Roster management and wage control to optimize team performance and productivity.
* Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve store targets, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence.
* Coach, develop, and mentor your team members to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.

## Skills & Experience

* Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar footwear industry.
* Passion for coaching and developing your team to achieve their potential.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Creating a customer service culture that drives sales growth and customer loyalty.
* Driving performance within your team to achieve store targets and maintain operational excellence.
