Department Leadership Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for an experienced leader to join our retail team and lead a department at one of our stores.

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to achieve outstanding results and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store Visual team to ensure that products are displayed effectively, and help recruit, train, and develop your Sales Advisor team.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maximize sales opportunities in all areas of the store through effective coaching
  • Work together with the store Visual team to display products according to company guidelines
  • Recruit, train, and develop your Sales Advisor team
  • Plan staff scheduling and organize your department to meet business needs
Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, including the ability to delegate work, follow up on results, and provide constructive feedback. You should also have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a retail management role
  • Able to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
