Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the well-being of older Australians. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

About the Role:

This key role involves delivering evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to help clients regain independence and continue living at home. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration is required.
  • You must have proven ability to assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services is highly desirable.
  • You should have thorough knowledge of health and wellbeing frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently is essential.
  • You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work is a must.
