Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department, including maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, managing inventories, caring for equipment, and performing the resort preventative maintenance program. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining the resort grounds and gardens.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar position, preferably in maintenance and grounds/gardens. You should also have a solid understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Moreover, you must be able to interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner. The ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays is also required.
