Job Opportunity: Component Rebuild Supervisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations of a component rebuild section, supervising and mentoring a team of fitters and tradespeople, and coordinating disassembly, inspection, and assembly of heavy machinery components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow, job scheduling, and parts requirements to meet deadlines
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Conduct quality control checks and prepare detailed reports
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workshop organisation
  • Provide clear communication and progress updates to management and clients

About You:

  • Strong experience in component rebuilds, ideally on CAT machinery
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment componentry
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture and lead by example
