Education Support Opportunity

This role is part of a recruitment pilot designed to simplify the application process for teachers.

We are seeking educators who are ideally:

  • Flexible, reflective, and student-centred in their approach.
  • Skilled (or willing to develop expertise) in working with students with intellectual disabilities, multiple physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, and complex communication needs.
  • Committed to designing and reviewing meaningful Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that nurture both functional curriculum outcomes and the whole child.
  • Confident in applying Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and programs such as Letters and Sounds, Talk 4 Writing, and Zones of Regulation.
