The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team, providing expert care and support to seniors in their homes throughout the Perth Metro area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote functional capacity, prevent deterioration, and maximize quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide expert physiotherapy services, including equipment prescription and mobility assistance
- Regularly review and evaluate client therapy plans to ensure goals are met and quality of life is promoted
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, adhering to Amana Living's Clinical Governance Framework and organizational policies
- Collaborate with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and support
- Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Successful completion of a physical assessment and reference checks
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 6 months validity)
- Vaccination certificate for COVID and Current flu immunizations
- Current and valid motor vehicle Class C driver's licence
