Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our refrigeration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial refrigeration systems in new and refurbished retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day and site-specific aspects of the installation of commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Assist in the assessment of site conditions for the preparation of site surveys for tendered projects and determine the labor requirements for specific projects.
- Manage all labor and issues on all assigned sites in the context of program requirements.
- Creation and submission of installation programs.
- Plan and schedule day-to-day activities on the job site.
Requirements
- Strong previous project management experience in the refrigeration industry.
- Previous experience in the supermarket industry, preferably with a major retailer.
- Trade qualification – Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – desired.
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and principles.
- Current, valid motor vehicle driver's license.
- Ability to travel regionally and interstate when required.
