Earthmoving Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Earthmoving Operator to join our team. As an Earthmoving Operator, you will be responsible for operating a grader and leading a small crew to perform road construction and maintenance operations in a safe, economical, and proficient manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating a grader to construct and maintain roads
• Leading a small crew to achieve project objectives

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining team vehicles and plant equipment, as well as developing the operational skills of team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A current Australian HR truck licence
• A General Construction Induction training card
• Ability to operate and maintain a Grader
