HR Business Partner

The Next Step is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in enabling and adding value through relationship building and lifting capability.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver generalist HR support and advice to enable overall employee excellence;
- Support on projects such as EVP, Culture AMP, performance cycles, engagement and retention;
- Monitor trends, identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement within the existing HR processes;
- Provide considered employee relations guidance on occasion, whilst building capability;
- Support leaders with their cohort of 160 employees through development, succession planning and org design;
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide coaching/ push back or influence as required;
You will be a natural relationship builder, excited about uplifting capability while contributing to the overall people strategy. You will have;
- Proven experience in a Business Partner or Generalist capacity;
- A track record for working on projects and workforce planning;
- Experience building strong and genuine stakeholder relationships and a keen interest to be involved in the delivery of key business objectives;
- Strong capability to manage and advise on any HR queries;
- A passion for nurturing relationships, while advising & coaching people leaders and employees.
- $130,000 - $135,000 + super pro rata (depending on experience);
- Hybrid working model;
- Access to company wide discounts;
- 0.8 FTE;
- 9 month max term contract;
- Work with a leader who has genuine excitement for building capability.
