Early Years Clinician Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated clinician to lead our early years pathway and champion the growth of children with developmental delays or disabilities.

This role is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is ready to guide the development of services and support the team in their growth. The successful candidate will work closely with families, empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support their child’s development.

  • Degree Requirements:
  • Fedora qualifications in speech pathology from a reputable institution
  • Expertise in delivering high-quality, family-centred early intervention
  • Mentorship and supervision skills to support allied health team members
  • Ability to evolve our early intervention framework under the Pen Plus banner
  • Collaboration and communication skills to provide wrap-around support
