Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.

  • This is a full-time, ongoing position with opportunities to develop your QA expertise and advance your career.
  • You will collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.

We are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Expert to play a key role in uplifting quality practices across projects, platforms, and BAU activities.

In this role, you'll design and maintain test automation frameworks, embed QA into CI/CD pipelines, and champion a shift-left approach to ensure quality is built in from the start.

You'll also get hands-on with a mix of automation, manual, performance, and accessibility testing, using tools such as JMeter and K6 to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks for web, API, and integration testing.
  • Apply the principles of the Test Pyramid to guide testing strategy across unit, API, UI, and exploratory testing layers.
  • Promote and facilitate a shift-left QA approach, advocating for early engagement in design and development phases.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and optimized scripts and automation code following best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply the Test Pyramid principles to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
