About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as Head of Growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business, identifying new opportunities, and leading our regional teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new clients for our full service offer, including sales recruitment and support
  • Identify, attract, select, and recruit regional team members for our A/NZ operations
  • Contribute to the development of our franchise system, including setting up and leading our network of franchisees
  • Participate in and benefit from the growth of our business, with opportunities for equity ownership and leadership development

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and recruitment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
