About this role

We are looking for a skilled Sub-Foreman to join our Project Delivery Team. This individual will support the site team by supervising and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and labour hire workers on the site.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced commercial or industrial construction environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage health and safety compliance across the site
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality standards are achieved
  • Collaborate with the site team to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Oversee day-to-day activities on the site
  • Monitor site materials, tools, and equipment
  • Perform manual laboring duties as required
  • Ensure site security measures are in place
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Sub-Foreman role within commercial or industrial construction
  • Demonstrated knowledge of site management best practices and working in large teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
