Role Overview
">We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our community-based team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and recovery-based interventions to individuals and their families who experience serious mental illness.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Conduct thorough assessments of adults with mental health disorders in a community setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of clients
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions
Requirements
">- Registered Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Registered Psychiatric Nurse
- High level of clinical skills in the assessment, treatment, and continuing care of adults with mental health disorders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships and clinical service delivery in an environment characterized by competing demands
