Impact Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in Sydney.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and participating in daily boutique operations. As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will proactively develop a client portfolio while ensuring a luxury client experience.
Sales Achievement & Client Development:
- Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets, as directed by management.
- Cultivate strong client relationships both in and outside the boutique, representing the organization.
- Demonstrate ability to proactively bring in new clients and develop existing clientele.
- Develop high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Ensure each client receives exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
- Assist clients with customer service needs, before and after sales.
- Maintain the brand's high standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Maintain standards of CRM outreach for clienteling and follow-up.
- Partner with management to develop plans for clients and prospects.
- Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools.
- Resolve client issues or concerns appropriately and escalate as needed.
- Partner with management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
Boutique Operations
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the boutique, and communicate any maintenance issues.
- Assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Support special projects such as price changes, back office responsibilities, etc.
- Contribute to commercial projects including boutique renovations, relocations, and business development plans.
- Manage ad-hoc projects following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
