Job Title: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our People Outdoors team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced support worker with a passion for delivering high-quality services that promote social connection, personal development, and fun in the great outdoors.

  • Facilitate supported outdoor experiences through camps and adventure activities;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and their families;
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve program outcomes;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with people with disabilities;
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or related field;
  • An understanding of the principles of person-centered care and practice;
