Nursing Leadership Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Nurse to assume a pivotal leadership role within our cardiac unit.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the operational and clinical management of the ward, leveraging your expertise in cardiac and/or surgical nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team to drive staff development, patient flow, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based care.
- Support 24/7 leadership coverage through a rotating roster position, including weekends and night duty.
- Clinical expertise in cardiac and/or surgical nursing, with experience in acute or critical care settings.
- Leadership capability, including experience in acting-up roles or leading teams in a clinical environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage competing demands.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Flexibility and resilience, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement.
