Acoustic Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as an Acoustic Consultant. As a key member of our Brisbane-based Acoustics & Vibration team, you will be working on a diverse range of projects within the APAC region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in noise and vibration measurement, data processing, and analysis. You will be part of a large team of experienced professionals working together to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or be completing studies (ideally in mechanical engineering or science), with a strong analytical, verbal/written communication, and technical report writing skillset. Experience in GIS and coding would also be advantageous.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Contributing to the successful delivery of projects within the Acoustics & Vibration team.
  • • Collaborating on projects with other personnel within the local, national, and global Acoustics & Vibration team.
  • • Conducting noise and vibration field measurements and desktop-based modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Essential:
  • • A relevant degree or be completing studies (ideally in mechanical engineering or science).
  • • Strong analytical, verbal/written communication, and technical report writing skills.
  • • Experience in noise and/or vibration measurement and monitoring, data processing, and analysis.
