Healthcare Professionals Wanted As Education Facilitators

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to work as education facilitators in the North Eastern region of Victoria. The role involves visiting schools to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings.
You will be part of a team that plays a key role in promoting inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs.
About the RoleAs an education facilitator, you will have a background in Inclusive Education and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school.
- You will receive extensive training and development opportunities, including regular shadowing, initial training, ongoing training, and continuing professional support.
- You will have flexible working arrangements, visiting schools balanced with working from home.
- You will have access to comprehensive training and support in the conduct of Disability Inclusion Profiles.
We are looking for qualified professionals who possess the following skills and experience:
- Qualifications as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist/Therapist or Psychologist.
- Current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Extensive knowledge of child development, disabilities or learning challenges that students may experience.
- Strong understanding of the principles of inclusion in education.
- Experience in group facilitation.
