The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of key systems, collaborating closely with other teams and stakeholders to build systems that drive our product roadmap forward.

You'll combine technical depth with a product mindset, thinking about how features are built, why they matter, and how they can best serve our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of foundational systems, including authentication across all platforms.
  • Champion quality and maintainability by designing simple and maintainable systems to solve complex problems.
  • Continuously improve by providing technical leadership and mentorship, identifying process or development bottlenecks, and working with our AI enablement team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working on complex, high-scale, or highly integrated services, with expertise in frontend (TypeScript, React) and backend (Python or TypeScript) services.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Cloud proficiency (GCP or AWS): containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and security best practices.
  • A proven history of architecting and building highly available, scalable, secure, and performant systems.
  • A product mindset — you care deeply about solving real problems for users and measuring the impact of what you build.
