About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Swim School Coordinator to join our team in a leadership role. As a Swim School Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of swim instructors, instructing classes for varying age groups, and performing administrative duties. You will also be required to liaise with parents and manage administration tasks related to the Swim School program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of swim instructors and motivating them to achieve exceptional results
  • Instructing classes on how to swim for pre-school children through to adults
  • Managing administrative duties related to the Swim School program
  • Liaising with parents and responding to their queries
  • Administration and payroll tasks for the Swim School
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • AUSTSWIM qualification or equivalent
  • Working with Children check
  • Senior First Aid
  • Resuscitation certificate
