Job Opportunity

Thales seeks a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance management services for assigned ships.

As part of our Maintenance Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe completion within agreed schedules, costs, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer requests, prioritize tasks, and hand over to relevant teams.
  • Liaise with customer representatives to ensure maintenance objectives are met.
  • Manage ship maintenance planning, allocating resources to meet schedule requirements.
  • Develop detailed work order and maintenance period work package schedules.
  • Manage urgent defect rectification and liaise with customer representatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in Engineering or related fields.
  • Demonstrated safety leadership at complex industrial sites.
  • Experience in administration, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing production work packages or similar heavy engineering industries.
