Seasonal Casual Team Members Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal casual team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and engaging experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment
  • Drive sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach
  • Contribute to a positive team culture with a focus on safety and teamwork

About You:

  • You will have flexible availability from September to February, including weekends and late nights
  • You will bring your energy, be reliable, and love helping others
  • You will have solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bonus points if you have worked in retail or customer service, but we will teach you too
