Sales Consultant

A leading luxury jewellery sales consultant is required to join a successful sales team based in Wollongong.

The ideal candidate will be part of a pursuit for excellence, working with an exceptional team dedicated to delivering unparalleled beauty, craftsmanship, and joy to our loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement and Consultation: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, building genuine relationships by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our extensive jewellery collection, including materials, design details, and craftsmanship that sets us apart.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the essence of our brand and uphold its reputation by maintaining a polished and sophisticated appearance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience within the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the luxury jewellery sector.
  • Proven track record in smashing sales targets within a similar retail environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up CRM and troubleshoot to resolve issues smoothly.
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
  • Motivated self-starter who takes initiative on tasks without being told what to do.
  • Team player who likes to share knowledge, wins, and lend a helping hand fostering a collaborative and copacetic workplace.
  • Proactive problem-solver with innovative ideas or solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly, concisely, and engagingly across differing channels.
