Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at PULLMAN. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, and supporting our front office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the front office department, including guest check-in/check-out and concierge services, while ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including guest satisfaction, loyalty sign-ups, and current promotions within the hotel.
  • Actively resolve guest requests, complaints, and challenges.
  • Train and motivate front office team members to maintain brand and service standards.
  • Be responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles, preferably in mid-scale or luxury hotels.
  • Experience in OPERA is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and public holidays as per business demands.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel under pressure while paying attention to the finer details.
  • Currently hold a NSW RSA certificate or have the ability to obtain one.
