Bakery Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Qualified/Experienced Bakers, Apprentice Bakers, or Bakers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, producing high-quality baked goods and contributing to the success of our business.

• Produce a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and sweets, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with other bakers and the production manager to maintain consistent high-quality standards and achieve business objectives.
• Follow established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Be flexible and willing to work across a range of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.

• A positive attitude and a passion for baking.
• Experience in producing high-quality baked goods and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
