About Warehouse Operations

Our warehouse team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient order management, accurate inventory control and safe storage practices.

  • Picking orders, packing and dispatch of customer orders
  • Receiving and storing incoming goods
  • General warehousing duties
  • Complying with all company policies, guidelines, directions and quality assurance practices
  • Repetitive movements and some heavy lifting
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records using our enterprise resource planning system. Monitoring and improving stock accuracy through cycle counts and annual stocktakes.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Member who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by meeting customer requirements and resolving any issues promptly
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and increase productivity
  • Participating in regular safety audits and implementing improvements to maintain a safe working environment
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process enhancements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and operate manual handling equipment
  • Basic computer skills and experience with enterprise resource planning systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment (desirable)
