About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, specializing in Gardening and Home Maintenance. The successful candidate will be based in Rockingham and provide services to customers in the surrounding areas.
The purpose of this role is to provide gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS customers, helping them maintain their independence and stay in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide gardening and maintenance services to customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in gardening and home maintenance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in gardening or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using organizational systems.
- A valid Western Australian driver's license and a safe driving record.
