Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ETF Trader to join our Global Market Making team based in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and managing Delta One trading strategies across global markets.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on pricing inefficiencies between index constituents, ETFs, futures, and custom baskets. You will work closely with the broader market-making team to develop trade ideas and identify book features predictive of execution costs and short-term price movements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with regulators, issuers, exchanges, and brokers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of relevant trading experience
  2. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
  3. Highly advanced ability in probability and statistics
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. A passion for financial markets
  6. Advanced degree with outstanding academic performance in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Statistics
