Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning and teaching to our students.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a stimulating and rewarding learning environment for all students. This may involve assisting with lesson planning, preparing materials, and providing individualized support to students who require additional help.

To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant qualifications and experience in education, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also be required to demonstrate a strong commitment to student learning and well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant qualification/s in Education or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in education, preferably in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; Strong organizational and time management skills
