Salary: Up to $120,000 per annum
Job Description
As a General or Clinical Psychologist, you will be an integral part of our team, providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and center-based services. You will work with clients with a range of disabilities, assessing their needs and providing interventions to enhance their function, capacity, and social engagement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assessing and Providing Interventions: You will conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and provide tailored interventions to address their specific requirements.
- Working within the NDIS Framework: You will work closely with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders to ensure that all services are delivered within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework.
- Timely Documentation and Report Writing: You will maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Managing a Diverse Caseload: You will effectively manage your caseload, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all clients receive the necessary support and attention.
- Meeting Professional Expectations: You will meet professional standards, including billable hours, effective client management, and participation in meetings, supervision, and professional development.
- Building Relationships: You will build strong relationships with clients, therapists, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications: You must hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- AHPRA Registration: You must be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Working with Children Check: You must have a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check: You must undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination: You must provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid exemption.
- Police Check: You must undergo a police check, and an international police check if applicable.
- Driver's License: You must hold a driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
