Meaningful Care and Support
This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to clients living in a residential home, promoting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centered care that respects and values each client's uniqueness
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification, experience working with technology, and ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
Qualifications and ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you will need:
