
Assembly Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Train Assembly Manager to lead the management, control, and coordination of all activities related to Manufacturing within our facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying strategic plans, establishing actions, and allocating resources to ensure compliance and progress. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and practices that impact daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deploy strategies and business management plans, ensuring compliance and progress.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicate work in progress to stakeholders and promote the company through appropriate means.
- Demonstrate commitment to the company's values, purposes, and objectives.
- Take relevant training and identify improved ways to support the company's objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar or related roles.
- A tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as a University education equivalent to a Higher Engineering Diploma/Master's Degree in the respective field or an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with office management software, e.g., MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
