You'll lead cross-functional teams, guiding them to develop innovative solutions that delight our customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will span both technical leadership and people management, including architecting systems, writing code, providing technical direction, and coaching engineers to improve their skills.

We're looking for someone with exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a relentless focus on customer obsession. You'll manage ambitious project timelines and budgets while maintaining a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate with teams to plan and execute engineering programs, software architecture, product policy, and user experience improvements.
  • Contribute to development of requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, metrics, and integration to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Work with Technical Program Managers on release roadmaps and ensure the team is well positioned to support programs.
  • Improve efficiency and implement automation/tools to guide future software efforts.
  • Set expectations with individuals based on their level and role, meet regularly to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
